Well, I am very grateful for the weight loss this week after celebrating my son's birthday last weekend...hence, why I didn't weigh in last week. I had intended to only indulge for two days but instead it was five. YIKES! I didn't even really work out as I had planned to. Shameful! Oh well, I am moving on, shaking the dust off and getting back on plan. But boy am I so thankful that the graph is still going down. YEEHAW!!!
Here is my fitness log below after the bad mess up. So I am certain I gained a few pounds from that mess up that I had to work off before having the two pound loss this week. SO GRATEFUL!
