    Week 11: -2.0 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -33.4 lbs

Well, I am very grateful for the weight loss this week after celebrating my son's birthday last weekend...hence, why I didn't weigh in last week. I had intended to only indulge for two days but instead it was five. YIKES! I didn't even really work out as I had planned to. Shameful! Oh well, I am moving on, shaking the dust off and getting back on plan. But boy am I so thankful that the graph is still going down. YEEHAW!!!

Here is my fitness log below after the bad mess up. So I am certain I gained a few pounds from that mess up that I had to work off before having the two pound loss this week. SO GRATEFUL!

I would love to have you join me in our weekly fitness challenges. You can start anytime. It doesn't even have to be a Monday. Just meander on over there by CLICKING ...

Oh yeah, I am liking this a lot! I am feeling good and liking the results I am getting. I will admit though there are times where I just don't want to workout. I know it should be a habit but sometimes I still dread it. But I push through it and get it done with no regrets. I pray that I can keep this up. Even if I can't keep up doing this many miles a day I would like to be at least doing three miles five times a week. I am really addicted to seeing the results that I am getting by doing five miles a day though that it is tempting to just keep going. But I know there will be days and weeks that I won;t be able to do that and I need to figure out how not to feel guilty. Anyone else feel this way when they don't reach their fitness goal? Ugh, I don't like it. But I am working on ...

Wow, I am totally surprised but thoroughly beyond EXCITED! I am so stinkin' happy. However, I totally messed up with my eating on my weigh in day and on Saturday. GULP! But right now I need to relish what I did this week and not worry about what the scale might say next week. YEEHAW! There are days that I get really, REALLY tired of working out but I know that that is what is getting me these results. I get weary at times but I press on! I just do it! I am praying for God's great mercy on me this next week. But if I can just hold on to the weight loss that I have lost so far through next week I am OK with it, even if I don't have a loss for a week or two. I will be celebrating my son's birthday and we are having company and I plan on messing up with my eating...but I still plan on working ...

    Week 7: -0.2 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -23 lbs

Whew, after my big mess up on Tuesday and not working out at all that day I thought for sure it would be a gain. But boy, am I ever so grateful that it was not. Tuesday was a bad day. My kids had been sick for almost two weeks straight and I was cleaning and doing multiple loads of laundry the entire time. It was not fun. But through all that, I did manage to stay on plan and get my work outs in...except for Tuesday. I was weak and just plain exhausted. I had a choice of either to keep messing up until my next weigh in (which is what I have done several times before) or I could just start the next day. And I chose the latter. So glad that I did or I know for sure I would have had a huge gain. So that is a huge victory for me. YAY! I don't always make the right choices and stress really gets ...

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! That's about all I need to say. Again, I worked very hard doing exercise and I stayed within all my Weight Watchers points and these are the results. WOOHOO! Sometimes the working out gets tiring but I push through and I believe it is helping me, along with a healthy diet, to reach these results. I know it is a lot of working out but it seems to be working and I am liking it...A LOT!

Well, I am very happy. I worked very hard last week and met my expectations and beyond. I am thrilled. I feel like I am finally getting into the groove of things. In fact, I look forward to working out...kind of. LOL! If you knew me, I hate to work out but I am really enjoying the results. I will admit there are just some days that I don't feel like doing it but I make myself do it. My kids also ask if I am going to work out and most of the time they will do a mile or two with me. How awesome is that? Totally cool, right? I am blessed!

So here is my activity and weekly fitness log from last week that gave me my results this week. I know there will be some weeks that I just won't lose as much, but that is OK. I am (hopefully) mentally prepared for that. GULP. OK, enough talk...here ...

Woohoo! I am so excited. It was a very difficult week for me but I did it and persevered. Well, actually I think every week and every day is hard. It's one step at a time, right? It just seemed to me that some days were harder than others. I pushed really hard this past month and realize that it will most likely be the one with the most significant weight loss. I am OK with that and proud of the results of all the hard work and effort I put into it.

Below is my weekly fitness log of all the activity I did throughout the week to help aid in my weight loss as well as healthy eating. I would love it if YOU joined me...yeah YOU! Week 3: -3.8 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -11 lbs

So I decided to change my weigh in day to Friday from Monday. I am used to Monday weigh ins but wanted to change it so that I can eat more of my activity points on Sunday. So we'll see how this works.

I am totally stoked today as I lost -3.8 lbs this week...making it a total of -11 lbs. WOOHOO! I feel like I am finally in the zone and my motivation has met up with my perseverance. I so was not ready to start this but made myself do it anyway because I needed to. So I just went through the moves when I first started almost three weeks ago. I am so glad that I did.

Well, since I changed my weigh in day it kinda messes with my weekly fitness log. UGH! I hate it when that happens. So here is what I did so far. I will start a new thread on Fridays from now on. I hope that works. Anyway, I would ...

    Week 2: -2.2 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -7.2 lbs

OK, so here are my week 2 stats. I will say that I weighed in every day (NOT RECOMMENDED) to see where I was at and got majorly frustrated because I didn't lose anything at all for four days. Then on the fifth day I lost about a half a pound...which is better than nothing but I still was getting discouraged because I wanted it to be more, especially with all the working out that I was doing. Then on day six I gained a pound. WHAT? Yeah, I was so not happy and gave up that day as you can see on my fitness log below. I didn't work out AND I ate horribly that day. I went to Wendy's and splurged because I was so discouraged and sulked and ate sunflower seeds during the whole day. UGH! And then of course all the guilt set in and I kept beating myself up over it all night long. It was a horrible week.

    Sunday I had a choice...to ...

    Week 1: -5 lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -5 lbs

Today I completed week one of getting back on plan doing Weight Watchers and working out. It wasn't easy getting back into the swing of things but so glad that I pushed through even though at times I felt like giving up. I lost -5 lbs this week...WOOHOO! It was definitely worth it! I am hoping that it will get a bit easier with each passing week. One can always hope, right? I am determined to reach my goal regardless if it doesn't get any easier. But it would sure make my life easier if it did. HAHA!

I did great with staying within my points and drinking water and reached every single one of my workout goals...something I am very proud of! However, I need to get a little bit more water in and will work on that in the coming weeks.

I tried some new recipes this week that I absolutely loved. One ...

Isn't this a great motto? Perseverance that never gives up, ALWAYS SUCCEEDS! My pastor said something very similar to this on Sunday and it really left an impression on me. He said "Faith that never gives up, always receives"! I love that and it is so true. I think that this really does apply to weight loss as well. If we never give up, we will succeed. It really is true. The important thing is to never give up. Yes, we may fall at times and take a few steps back but the most important thing is to get right back up and to keep going no matter how long it takes.

    The dictionary defines perseverance as:

Continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, obstacles, failure, opposition, or discouragement; the action or condition ...

Sure I will have ups and downs but the important thing is to get back up and try again...never give up!

So I met my goal of working out today. I said that I would do at least one mile of interval training with the Walk at Home Series with Leslie Sansone...and guess what, I did two miles. YEAH!!! It felt really good and it helped me to be more conscious of what I was putting into my mouth. However, I didn't track my food or eat the healthiest of foods but I did OK. I know ...

I am betting I am not along in this, right? Well, I decided to just stop making excuses and made the decision to just work out and get it over with. I know, I know...I know that working out is AWESOME for me and my health but that doesn't change the fact that I absolutely hate it. I know there isn't much movement here and things have been real busy for all of us but I thought it is time for me to get back on track with my fitness and blogging even if I am the only one for now. I was doing so well with my eating and working out, but then I went on vacation in September 2012 and it has taken me this long to come back. I am ashamed and appalled that I let myself go for this long without doing much of anything or even consistently. *Hanging Head In Shame* So here I am (better late than never, heh)...back again ready to tackle this weight issue that I struggle with and no matter how long it takes me, I will conquer this ...

I completed a half marathon on Saturday and ever since then my eating had been completely out of control. Iíve been starving no matter what I ate and no matter how much water I drank. It was a completely horrible feeling and it has made me extremely depressed and sure that I was going to have a gain when I weighted myself on Thursday. That was not what happened though, I surprisingly had a loss of 1.7 lbs that puts my total weight loss of 44.9 lbs. It was extremely surprising, but weight loss is an extremely strange thing.

I didnít workout everyday and I didnít eat well so Iím going to do just the opposite next week. I will be going back to my original weight loss regiment. I will ...

The best laid plans are just that, plans. I was going to push harder workout and have a big lossÖ What really happened was a gain and an extreme lack of working out. Iíve been suffering from the worst combination of migraine/tension/rebound headaches. It was the type of pain that hurt every time I moved my head. I did try to get a workout in, but as soon as I got past the warm up I felt like I was going to be sick and pass out, not a good combination.

I learned that it working out and sweating is a huge part of my weight loss at this point. In the beginning I could slack off on the workouts, but I was still losing weight because I was eating well. This has become untrue as Iíve ...
